A twice monthly drop in group for women who are perimenopausal, menopausal or post menopausal and want to socialize and get creative with others in a similar stage of life. 2hrs

Co-Create: $20
An open online group, drop in style, hosted twice weekly. This group allows people to come together, make and share their art in community. Some neuroscience on creativity included as well as weekly art prompts and themes. No art experience necessary.
